Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the MySpread app for mobile devices created by Ryan Katona as a Freemium service.

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it, including your device's IP address, pages visited, time spent on the Application, and operating system. The Application does not gather precise location information. The Application does not use AI technologies to process your data.

For a better experience, the Service Provider may require personally identifiable information including your email address. Users may also optionally provide personal profile information including age, gender, and weight to personalize their experience. This information is retained and used solely to provide app functionality. All data is stored securely via Supabase and is never sold to third parties. Food and nutrition data logged by users is considered health-related information and is treated with the same care and security as all other personal data.

Third Party Access

The Service Provider may disclose information as required by law, to protect rights and safety, or with trusted service providers bound by this privacy statement.

The Application uses Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy can be found at stripe.com/privacy.

The Application uses Supabase for data storage. Supabase's privacy policy can be found at supabase.com/privacy.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application.

Data Retention Policy

User data is retained for as long as you use the Application. Users can delete their account and all associated data directly within the app by navigating to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all personal information, food logs, and account data from our systems. Alternatively, deletion can be requested by contacting hello@myspread.app.

Children

The Application does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Users must be at least 16 to consent to data processing.

Security

The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Application constitutes approval of any changes.
